Binomial Distribution

Thursday Nov 15th

Hey crew

Today is a work period and we have to learn Binomial Distribution by our selves. For Friday (tomorrow) we have to be done the questions 1-12 on the last page of the binomial distribution booklet.

To figure out questions like " when you flip a coin 5 times what is the chance that you get tales twice" use 2nd Vars, 0 to access Binomial Probability Disrtibution Function. After that you need to put in the following information in this order, number of tries, possibility of success, number of success, number of success required.
To use Cumulative Probability up to and including a specific number of successes in the number of trials specified, you need to use 2nd VARS A to access the Binomial Cumulative Distibution Function.
To fill in the brackets you must use this order for Cumulative Probability. ( Number of trials in the experiment, P(success), number of cumulative successes required ).
